Location Agreement

I, , hereby grant permission to the Team Captain competing in the The Comedy Roll 2026 competition to use my property and premises located at (hereinafter referred to as “the Location”) for the purpose of filming (The Film) as part of The Comedy Roll.

I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Filming Period: The Team Captain is authorized to access and film at the Location on the dates and times specified in advance. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in a timely manner.
2. Use of the Location: The Location may be used for various scenes and purposes related to the Film, including but not limited to set construction, lighting, and sound recording.
3. Compensation: I acknowledge that I am granting the use of the Location voluntarily and without any expectation of compensation, monetary or otherwise, except as explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4. Release of Liability: I release the Team Captain, their employees, The Comedy Roll, and any affiliated parties from any liability or damage to the Location or any personal property during the filming process. I also release them from any liability related to any injuries sustained by individuals on the Location during the filming.
5. Restoration: The Team Captain and crew will take all reasonable steps to ensure the Location is returned to its original condition following filming. Any necessary restoration and repairs will be the responsibility of the Team Captain.
6. Copyright: I understand that the Film, including any footage shot at the Location, remains the intellectual property of the Team Captain and The Comedy Roll, and I will have no rights or claims to the Film or any proceeds derived from it.
7. Confidentiality: I agree not to disclose any sensitive or confidential information about the Film, including plot details or any proprietary information shared with me during the filming process until after May 18, 2026.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate this Location Release Agreement with written notice if it is deemed necessary for any reason.

This Location Release Agreement is binding upon both parties and their respective successors, assigns, and legal representatives. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state that it is filmed in. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Location Release Agreement and agree to abide by them willingly.
